I would highly recommend Chloe and CN Couture I've had my daughter a 3 piece junior dress made and it has been a dream from start to finish from the initial phone consultation going over ideas and what would work to helping me measure correctly it was a quick and easy process. the finished outfits are gorgeous and very well made can't wait for them to be on the dance floor I will definatley be ordering again.
